My SO has a BMW x3. It is so comfy to ride in. Will be our ride around town for non adventurous things

I tried to sell my 2011 kia and the offers were laughably low. So I'll ride that bad boy to the ground until the Bronco is available then trade it in
I was prepared to do that, but then the offer they came back with + trade assistance was more than I financed the vehicle for when I got it in 2016.

I'm really f'd if so. Pretty much had to sign a contract with the wife that I'll drive it into the ground (keep it as long as reasonable to fix).

Would you like to sell that Pitch Black 2002 SVT Focus to me??? It doesn't happen to be #2403 does it? Blue interior and Audiophile only option??

As for my backup plan its get a new complete Dennis Carpenter body for my EB and just have it instead of one new and one old one.

This one is #1650 with red interior, audiophile, sunroof and winter package. I wish it was blue with only audiophile though!

(struck a nerve, stand by for rant) ;)
So, Mexican/Forgein built domestics are OK?
Those and the other forgein builts are the ones I refuse to buy.

If they will invest in American workers, I will consider those models.

I tend to put American jobs over Mexican/Chinese. Means something to me since much of my work is in American steel mills that supply all the Brands that build here. Hell, some of the steel mills are forgein owned, should I quit a well paying job there?
The argument that "the profit stays here" is bullshit.
Where is the Sport built? Who payed for that plant?
"The engineering is done here though..."
Better not buy the Autralian designed Bronco then.

My brother Lost his job when good ol' Henry closed the plant and shipped the work to Mexico.......while we have had at least three forgein branded plants built here in Indiana.
My Subaru was built about 65 miles to the south of me.

If they will invest in American workers, I'll consider them.

hadn't even crossed my mind... honestly, unless the MGV smells like sardines or something, I can't see any reason why I wouldn't love it. however, if the MGV does smell like sardines - I'd probably get a fully decked out Ranger... or maybe even a Bronco Sport Badlands, and throw a lift and 32's on it.

If I get the Bronco and I don’t like it, then I will be wrong, and I will change.

If the Bronco doesn't happen, then it's back to the search for a clean FJ-40. Mid to late 70's maybe with a SB V8 mod.

Been pining for a Bronco since first hints of its re-introduction several years ago. Been driving for the last 10 years, a 2010 Escape 6cly XLT 4WD with ~150K miles...
My Blood runs Green (MSU) and Blue (Oval).... so in the astronomically remote chance that I am NOT happy with my Bronco.... sell it back and get a Ranger Raptor or an Explorer ST....or... possibly a Mach E... Really got hopes up that the Bronco will be all that and.. a bag of chips!

Well I've mentally swung back to the "FE w/mod & soft top or bust" bandwagon since they've announced a Bronco ordered with only a soft top doesn't get the hookups for a rear wiper.

Who knows when that might be delivered. My current backup is an Ineos Grenadier if somehow the Bronco falls through completely or becomes the next Kia Telluride.

Not so; this video showing the soft top removal clearly shows the hookups at about 1:40 and 4:25.

I’ve been really tilting lately with pushbacks and not feeling like my $45k build (I’ve never bought anything over $25k) hits all of my wants. Second is the lack of a hybrid out of the gate, or at least known to be offered for MY 2022.

Plan B is a 2021 Mini Countryman SE All4. I get a lot more interior comforts for $45k and can utilize the $7.5k in tax incentives. Just lose out on the doors/roof removal and towability.
