I would say it was a success. How did this turn out? I also sold my only car expecting my Bronco to be built early this month based on them telling me that, y’know, it would be. Curious what you’re going to do now. Might steal any good ideas posted in reply. (Currently borrowing a family vehicle but feels like I’ll need a longer term option)
Congrats on the successful sale, Zack!I would say it was a success.
Carvana was going to cut me a check for $20k... and my jeep sold on Cars & Bids for $23k.
I'm going to take that extra $3k as a budget for some busted a** beater to get me through. (I have a take-home car from work, but I really don't want to daily it for a number of reasons.)
I've got a lead on something I'm going to see on Sunday... if it pans out, I'll share it here as I think some of y'all will enjoy it.
I saw this on cars and bids. Nice looking Jeep! You work at a dealership, you can have any used car you want to use until your Bronco comes. I know how you guys rollWhelp. That's it. I'm committed.
I put my daily driver Jeep overlander up for auction with "No Reserve" and now I'm freaking out.
What if I'm without a car for another 12 months until my Bronco comes in and then I can't afford it because my Jeep sold for $5.00?
What if one of you who needs a car gets a great deal on the perfect hold-over vehicle until your own Bronco comes in?
WHAT HAVE I DONE?!

Send me your good vibes.
Now if you'll excuse me, I'll be over here hyperventilating....
Oh. I absolutely do not work at a dealership (you may be confusing me with Zack@Granger)…I saw this on cars and bids. Nice looking Jeep! You work at a dealership, you can have any used car you want to use until your Bronco comes. I know how you guys roll
It was free for me to list it. (August special, normal less than $150). Buyer payed 3.5% to Cars&Bids. What fees did they take out of the 23k?
2003 6cyl with 174k miles. Basically the only Atomic Orange one I could find that was worth looking at and it turned out to be pretty good. That Xterra is gorgeous! What are the specs?
Wait, you aren't the same person just with different alias accounts???? Something is fishy here!Oh. I absolutely do not work at a dealership (you may be confusing me with Zack@Granger)…
…all of my motor vehicle escapades are both ill advised and funded wholly by me.
