while I got my e-mail a couple weeks ago, my 9-25 to 10-2 window sure didn't happen, dealer can't tell where it's at right now either. Kind of odd that Ford can't provide better tracking (or probably won't) since you'll be able to see where your rig is on the app once you have it.
