Badlands with 2.7, non-squatch, high pack
Wildtrak with mod bumper, floor liners, high pack.

Do I need HD bash plates? Probably not...
Would like rails on the WT (not on Canadian B&P) however.

Not too keen on WT interior though..

Will those 35's be okay for winter driving? Compared to 33 A/T that is...

There's no wrong answer, but I'd go with Option 1: Badlands with 2.7, non-squatch, high pack.

Given the off road nature of the Bronco, I see the Badlands as a slightly more desirable. You get the sway bar disconnect, and I think the 33 ATs will have better on-road manners than the 35 MTs.

My plan is a non-sasquatch BL for now, and then upgrading the tires once the OEMs wear out if I so desire.

And what would you upgrade to?
Definitely LOVE the Badlands interior accents/trim and washout flooring... Especially when going Cyber Orange.

I've seen multiple people comment concerns about 35's in the snow. I drive an FJ with 35s in Utah up the mountains for snowboarding all the time. They are a beast in the snow! I wouldn't worry about. May be a bit more apt to slipping on icy roads than say 33s, but still way better than most vehicles. To me, nothing better than waking up to fresh snow and needing to drive somewhere :p

I initially was all in on the WT, basically love the looks.. but for as far as diversity and the apparent ease of going up to 35s on the stock BL I would go with the BL
Man but really the bronco is cool in any trim u select- u just have to find that sweet spot that lines up financially and what u want to use the rig for
Good
Luck

Ford Bronco I'm torn! Can't decide.... (another post) 20201125_111211
In canada you need the winter flake logo on your shoes so BL with BF a/t is your choice for winter legal in Canada but not the GY 35"
But you should think to have a second set of tire in both case. IMO

As a Canadian buyer also....
A base with Sasquatch is the same price as a Badlands. For me, the extra goodies that comes with a Badlands isn't worth having Sasquatch. I want my money to count where it hits the road.
Hard decision.

2 - 2.5K could be enough to buy 33" winter rubber with is steelies.

Rock rails or better yet sliders, can be added super easily. Changing out an entire interior....not so easy.
