UPDATE: This affects all Broncos with build dates from 9/23/2020 through 9/17/2021.

Driveshaft Recall announced yesterday, 10/12/2022. Replacement needed to avoid a potentially cracked driveshaft boot. (Customer Satisfaction Program 22B27)

Glad they are handling it and not just ignoring it...
Any issue I’ve had with my Bronco, have been handled by Ford and my Dealer under warranty. I’ve actually been very happy with how accommodating they’ve been. It comes as a pleasant surprise after buying only GM vehicles for a decade (their corporate is terrible).

I can't tell based on the letter, does this affect ALL Broncos?

Or just certain configurations? Automatic/manual, 2door/4door, 2.3L/2.7L engines?

This is great news. I've got an appointment to fix this exact issue. In December....

Great lol my dealer is going to be thrilled that they have to work on mine again lol. FDU, both front half shafts and now the front driveshaft. I really should have pressed to get the m210 installed when they were replacing my FDU. Just when we thought we had our last appointment for driveline issues lol.

What's the issue with the front half shafts? I'm not aware of any recalls.

Not a recall just noisey. Been ongoing since April’ish trying to get it sorted. Ford told them to replace the front Diff, that was not the issue. The. A few months went by if me bugging them to fix it. They finally they replaced the drivers side and the noise for 80% better but now I could hear the passenger side cv clicking.
