yup posted in one of them too. Haven’t seen an official
Actually pricing, though you can figure it out based on those threads. At least now we know exactly how much your certificate should be.

Thank you! I'd considered switching my order from a 2 door to a 4 door, glad I didn't pull that trigger!

Call me crazy, but it seems like Ford should be communicating this information directly to reservation holders. Or is the expectation that all reservations holders diligently monitor b6g for any important news?

There’s supposed to be a communications to all reservations and orders sometime this month. Some have gotten emails already based on their status. But I guess Ford dropped the ball for anyone wanting to change their order.

Wait, I ordered a 21 BD in Jan 21 then 99ed the order late fall. My 22 order is a Badlands so which price protection do I get? The BD I assume even though I had a Badlands ordered before the increase.

Good question! I think it’s going based on your order before 3/19/21.

No mention of changing roof...which is the only thing I would potentially be changing (pending MOD announcement). One issue I foresee...my order is for an automatic...If I changed it to 7MT that would in turn change the equipment package to standard...I can see that screwing me....I did NOT see this memo until today...at this rate I am keeping my MY21 for the long run. Because this kind of forces my hand a bit.

I’m hoping by adding Hoss 3.0, it will finally make it one of the trims Ford wants to build.
You could be on to something. I was thinking this could be a way to move up in line. If Wildtrak came standard with MGV I’d give it a shot. But the cloth seats are a deal breaker for me.

if you keep in the same series and doors I’d assume it’s the same price protection not matter how you change the order?

Just throwing out numbers really quick and staying in the same series. Price protection is $2k
MY21 auto mid 44k
MY22.5 auto mid 46k you’ll pay 44k
My21 man standard 40k
My22.5 man standard 42k you’ll pay 40k

that what it sounds like to me based on the info that’s given. Unless you don’t want standard then ignore. Lol

Problem is order is for MID package. If I switch to 7MT (which is what I want to do) it will force me to STANDARD package...unless by some miraculousness they grace us with being able to add MID to 7MT for MY23 Black Diamond...

Ahhh I know exactly what you mean. I wish we could get 7mt with mid on black Diamond. 😢 the 7mt on the trail is a blast! I got to test drive one at an off-road event and super impressed with it.

Here’s a link for the 2022 price protection.

https://www.carsdirect.com/deals-articles/ford-offering-price-protection-for-bronco-buyers

The amount is base on your March 19, 2021 order.
