It's been hit/miss with how they arrive. As I mentioned earlier all compressors shipping as of 2 days ago are now receiving additional padding around the compressor. It means we have to open each box and add padding but it's worth it to help ensure compressors arrive in one piece

Adam, my dual compressor kit arrived today (12/9/21 order), and all of the compressor wires and connectors are in good shape.

Judging by the sloppy fit inside the ARB box, though, I do think the extra packing you are now installing is a good idea.

Aux 5. I did wires towards the engine so that I could angle the manifold forward.

As for why angle the port forward? It'll help clear the hoods on the 2.7L is why. I don't believe it hits either way but it also allows you to access the quick connect port easier as well if it's angled towards the front.

You should just be "triggering" the relay so no worries about the amps. Your compressor will be wired to the battery with some big (and appropriate) gauge wire, vs these up fitter wires.

you're not powering the compressor from your upfitter (you can't actually). Your compressor wires directly to the battery and your upfitter just triggers the relay on the compressor

Just finished crowding the rest of my 2.7 engine compartment. Super easy install, very happy with this mount. Glad the tie into the aux switch was so simple.

Anyone interested in breaking down the wiring setup a bit more? I'm going to do aux 6. Didn't end up with enough time for a full install this weekend (and didn't realize the arb harness needs batt leads added)

If you are installing the dual compressor, you will only need the purple wire from the switch harness.
I taped the power and switch wires together to keep it clean, since both harnesses to to essentially the same place.
For Aux 6, you'll tie into to yellow/orange aux wire. I used disconnect connectors in case I decided to change which switch I use.

I installed mine the other way with the wires towards the fender.
