We just installed the New AWE Catback on our 2021 Ford Bronco First Edition 2.7 and got an info and install video for you all here!
Key Notes of the Install:
- Lay out all pieces of exhaust and take out the 4 Door length adapter and then ensure all pieces are there and fitting.
- We found it somewhat easier to start with rear and moved towards the front, by first removing the OEM axle back.
- 15MM Bolt Head on the Catback Flange.
- Donât forget the exhaust hanger clamps to ensure, when you swap to the bash guard, that the over axle pipe doesnât fall off the hanger.
- DO NOT tighten up the exhaust completely until youâve checked fitment and position on tips to ensure no crooked or off center exhaust.
- Torque specification of band clamps is a minimum of 60 ft/lbs (16MM)
- Torque the tip clamp to 18 ft./lbs (11MM Nuts) (use lubricant to ensure the threads arenât stripped upon tightening.
