How big before they rub?
We don't know yet. Not enough data available.

Some beliefs we had early on regarding offset have since proven incorrect as well.

We're at the point now where we need as many people to try as many different things, and report their findings here.

Looks great! Man 2-door looks right, but given no soft top option it's hard for me to pull the trigger on effectively self-99'ing my order

These are 285-75-16 tires (technically a diameter of 32.8 inches) , mounted to stock Base Bronco rims. No lift or spacers, and no rubbing in my testing. That increases the stock 10 inch tire width to a much beefier 11.2 inches.

See video linked here for full testing with shocks/springs compressed and extended:

I think 33 inch looks great on the 2 door, and for my light off-roading needs is a good option for getting a extra inch+ of ground clearance while saving $4000+ as compared to the Sasquatch option.

Let me know if any questions and I will do my best to answer them!
Yep - that works!!

Wow I love it- looks great, nice, clean looks with the stock wheels too!! Now I wish I went with the base and 7 speed manual. At least you can wind the engine out.
It must go better than my 97 TJ with 4.0L and 5 speed manual as it has a lot more HP and torque.

In a good way, this set up - the steelies, dark blue/black, base (no tint hard top), and the grabbers with the lettering screams 80s Bronco II.

Definitely like it a lot.

I love the original bronco but I can't help but see the late 90s 5G bronco in the rear quarter (and taillights) of the new Bronco.

Neat to see the different generations come out in different builds.

Now go wheeling and test out the traction control goodies for us so I can decided if I could live without lockers.... this looks fantastic, like even better than Squatch to me.
I 99'd my reservation to wait for BaseManSquatch, and I could have been a lot closer to already driving my Bronco if I hadn't.

Ford should've had these as standard on the Base from the factory - looks awesome! I may do the same upgrade on my BD with the black steelies 🙌

That build looks perfect. Clean and simple, I like it! Yeah the tire upsize is going to show a hit in the MPG's, but don't forget to add back 10% to whatever the computer is showing you. Besides, the smiles per gallon are worth it!

Sweet !!!

Been wondering about increasing the tire size on standard rims...looks great !!!

How much impact is it really on the speedometer/odometer that we have to be concerned about it?
