Was previously running a set of used 37" Trail Grapplers off a rock buggy and figured it was time for an upgrade.

This will be our 4th set of Mud Grapplers across 2 Jeeps, the Bronco and about 10 years. Absolutely love these tires. Took no more than 2.5oz to balance any one tire.

Running a 2.0"/2.5" spacer/perch collar lift, JKS max tire clearance kit and 1.5" wheel spacers.

More from it sounding like a P51 Mustang coming down the highway.

Lol, yeah I got the Maxxis M/T's and they're loudish at low volumes but not too bad at highway speed. Back in the day, tho, growing up in bayous of East Houston, we had some guys that made some real racket everywhere they went... between the exhaust and the tire lugs... Rednecks!

Consider this meme stolen :ROFLMAO:

Were the 1.5" wheel spacers absolutely necessary? I too am running 37x13.5R17's on factory SAS wheels, but didn't need spacers at all, but mine are Cooper STT Pro's. I wonder if my tires are skinnier, or if running them beadlocked shifted them enough to the outside to clear the UCA? 🤷‍♂️

stealth edit....R17's not R37's

Even the 37x12.5 Trail Grapplers I had before required spacers as they were rubbing on the frame.

Been looking at the 13.5s for my Braptor. While they do 'fit', they rub on the front edge of the UCA when turned to lock. Not ideal.

The Beadlock moves the outside of the tire about 1" (tired bead plus thickness of rim bead)- which would move the inner wall toward the outer, maybe just enough to prevent it from touching.

What brand spacer/perch collar are you using? I am rubbing on 38"s and need just a little more room

They'll have their off-road debut at the Nut Bash in NB on the 31st!
Really? Where are you in NB? I'm in Bathurst. I'll be at a wedding on the 31st 😞. I'll see if they can change the date.
