I just put one of these kits on maybe 3 weeks ago. Seemed like throttle response got better right away, probably from the smoother charge pipes. The gas mileage went from 20.0 down to like 19.7 in the first few drives but it's up to 20.3 now after it's had some time to learn. The dyno tests say it's good for like 5 hp on a stock bronco. If you're pushing the turbo a little past it's efficiency range with a piggyback tuner or something it might be better than that.

Much better throttle response, heat soak is no more, and it has much better drivability overall with the Ford Performance tune and the other upgrades. It really complimented all of the upgrades. It's a really fun vehicle to drive now.

Yeah, my MPG went up a bit too. Maybe .5 MPG. I have the Ford Performance tune and it compliments it really well. Much better drivability. Throttle response is much snappier too but not so snappy to the point of being annoying.

Not as much as the tune gave but maybe 10 HP if I had to guess. It mainly complimented the other upgrades with much better drivability and great throttle response. No heat soak that I've noticed also. That's a relief! Thae stock one used to heat soak all the time.

Significant power increase?

An intercooler itself is not mean for power increase as its function is just to bring the charge air back to ambient temps but it larger core does help sustain those temps as the regular core heat soaks.
