Wheels, didn't do spacers, and no, not in the slightest
Seems like this is similar to the OP's setup and that 37x12.5 KO2 would fit without a lift and not rub. Have you tried this?

Sorry for the resurrection; I just installed a set of BORA 1.25" spacers on my Badlands this afternoon.

For those of you pondering wheel spacers, these are super high-quality, fit perfectly, zero issues driving at any speed. I have never run spacers, but figured to take a shot after reading many posts on this forum that had positive results. Here is what the poke looks like, stock Wildtrak rims with 37x12.5 BFGā€˜sā€¦nice subtle stance!

Looks great. Iā€™m also have the perch collars but on the factory Goodyears. They are noticeably stiffer than the factory ride.
How do the 37s ride with the perch collars compared to stock with perch?

I donā€™t have spacers, but I do have stock Badlands wheels. I can verify that they do have little ā€œpocketsā€ on the backside for the lugs on the spacer to fit into. Iā€™m thinking about a smaller spacer, maybe 1ā€, with no need to grind down lugs because they will fit right into the ā€œpocketsā€.

I actually put the 37ā€™s on before I did the perch collars (yes they fit, the BFG 37 runs a bit small). Honestly I thought the 37ā€™s handled better than the 35ā€™sā€¦.especially around corners. They felt more planted and confident.

I too noticed the stiffness after the collars, but certainly not enough to deter me from doing it again if i had another bronco.
I just hit 19,800 miles on the odometer, so I am about 15,000 miles in with this set up and I still love it every day.

They fit perfectly and there is really no rub at all at full lock. If you go for 315 or 35-I highly recommend the 3/8 spacer from bora. No trimming of studs with the 3/8 which is great.

Hi there,

Nice looking Bronco! Are those SAS fender flares?

I'm about to put 35/12.5/17 tires on my BD steelies. I have a set of SAS flares on the way and wanted to order spacers, but not quite sure what size to get. I want the tires to have the slightest poke with SAS flares installed.

Thank you,

Here are the 1.25ā€ Bora wheel spacers going on my rig right now with plenty of clearance and no need for trimming.

Awesome! I just ordered a set. They said it takes 3-4 weeks to arrive.

Please post pics when done.
