Bit of a pain to install, drilling into the bronco is hard on the nerves, not a really good installation but it works, had to put some foam to stop the rattling but it doesn’t rattle much now, make sure you drill the correct size holes..

This is awesome. I had a setup similar to this on my old 2 door Wrangler and it got used ALL the time. Great mod.

Oh, I had some rattling too on mine, mostly from the pins that held it in place. I put some foam tape around them and they were quiet the rest of the time I had it.

Exact same as I did!

Damn, given all the media around bronco bolt hard points, I figured they'd done up a few of 'em on the rear gate... I'm kinda surprised this accessory isn't bolt on. Looks good, though!! After I've gotten a few door dings I'll feel more comfortable with breaking out the drill... until then, maybe I'll wait on this one 😅

I definitely wanted this but your "doesn't rattle much" gives me a lot of pause, even with the foam. I have a while, so will see how others fair.

I have one ready to install, but with all the rattling issues I have heard of and having to drill 4 holes into my bronco means I will probably just leave it off.

Same concern here. This was one of my favorite accessories but daily rattle isn’t worth it.
