Installed slide out tailgate and Broaddict tailgate table

Thank God I finally had some free time last weekend and installed the Ford slide out tailgate and the Broaddict tailgate table.

There is just enough clearance to use them both at the same time with the tailgate fully open. Straight forward installs following YouTube tutorials. Let me know if anyone has any questions.

Those look like a sweet setup together; lots of real estate with both of them extended out like that. I'm glad to see the body is painted underneath the slide out tailgate, I was wondering about water getting in the back and potentially being an issue for rust so that's a relief.

Yup! Should be rust free. Ford even gives you some kind of tape to cover up one of the tie down threads that is not used with the slide out tailgate

Yes! I will take a picture later this afternoon. Basically that plastic “floor” on top of the slide out tailgate is not even bolted in. You can just lift it off in seconds to access the jack and cubby

Now you have room to hide some goodies...Before I did the amp I was able to fit a coiled 25' air hose under there where the amp is. I have the ARB compressor installed inside the DV8 Storage compartment under my table....all works great.
