Pretty much this.Inspection guy was saying to use that frame for assembly only as a last resort--if there were no other frames to be found. Must have been right at the pass/fail rejection point.![]()

My Bronco’s build date was 4/20.I figure it's some dude in the assembly line with headphones on jamming to some Papa Roach
I thought I remembered that they said that at the Rouge factory tour: that the frames start out upside down and get flipped after some early assembly.Been years since I was loaned out to the frame line but, I know the frames come assembled and put on the line upside down and parts go on and then at the end of the line it flips and goes on another line for more parts like the engine and such. But that was 25 years ago on the trucks at KTP. Not sure if shit has changed since then and broncos might be different.
