Very glad to see more aftermarket companies jumping in on roof racks.

All this great work, but I just need crossbars only that do not require side rails.

Looks great, like to see it on a 2dr.
Random question- why do I see so many rigs running around with backboards and rooftop beds in the city?

Based on the pictures, it seems like it would be impossible to remove any of the roof panels. The sides have a lip coming down that would block you from being able to slide them out... Or am I seeing it wrong?

That was my take as well. Also not crazy about the piece above the windshield unless you are running a light bar. I prefer to keep all lights below the hood line for glare.

Agreed. As of right now, I think this is my winner

https://badasstents.com/product/2021-22-ford-new-bronco-full-size-roof-rack/

But of course by the time I eventually get my Bronco there may be more options.
I concur and will add...

With this not being my first rodeo. I have a real issue with the one that requires I mount it between a factory mounting point of the vehicle and the hardtop itself. This has always resulted in water leak point, fatigue on the seals and if I remove it for some reason. The seals now need to be replaced or again, leaks. Well I can always put silicon there (And have) but not on a $60k+ vehicle!

Of course this reduces the amount of weight I can place on a rack that is dependent on the hardtop structure itself. And if overloaded can damage the hardtop. This helps me in keeping weight under control (Glares at lovely wife who likes to take everything on trips).

So if more weight capacity was our need (As the wife rules our world). To heck with the seals! Mounting to the body between the Hardtop and the body is the only way. And this one is a nice option.

Now for us. We are still hunting. We have the Retractable Front Row Soft Top flip up kit ordered for ours and will use that 10's times more than a rack system. As most of our trips will be day trips in the beautiful NW. And we are looking for one of these racks that will allow for us to use the Retractable Front Row Soft Top. While allowing use for the rear portion of the rack for our stuff.

ZRoadz has a good option too…

https://zroadz.com/i-23915798-2021-2022-ford-bronco-roof-rack-4-door-model-pn-z845401.html

I’m probably going to hold out for Front Runner or Rhino Rack to come up with a solution. But we’ll see.

Ideally I'm kind of hoping for a backbone like setup where a metal frame goes inside the shell and the rack mounts to that. Yes you have to drill holes through your top, that's not a concern it can be sealed very easily.

For me, I have no plans to ever take off the rear shell, but the front and second row tops will be gone all summer :)
