Any reason you went with this vs. one of the plastic/metal 3D versions?
Where can we find the ones that we don’t have to drill holes in the fenders?

No holes, don't have to worry about double sided tape failing. If I get tired of it body shop uses their stripe eraser and it's gone.

ETA: We have a vector file the print folks use so the size can be easily changed. This is 10"

I have to imagine Amazon or some 3D printer could make them pretty easily. Also heard some guys were just going to grind off any points on them so they could just double-side tape them on.

At this point, I'm thinking my decision on badging may come down to if Cyber Orange is still an option for MY22.

It's still my go-to color, and I don't like it with chrome. So I'm thinking I'll dip or replace the rear Bronco black and leave the BL badge/sticker in place. (Though I do like the idea of a higher quality badge, or even a sort of 3D black rim with the sticker inset.)

On the other hand, after seeing Cactus Gray in person, it's definitely my back up color. Doesn't hurt that the wife likes it and it's close to what my grandfather had back in the 70s. I'm not usually a fan of the old script-style badging, but this color has more of an old-school look. If I end up with CG, I may just keep the Bronco chrome and swap the BL stickers for the script-style Bronco lettering.
I redid my 1974 vintage Bronco with the matte black Bronco script emblems that are available widely online. I like them a lot and plan to do the same to the Cyber Orange 2-door I ordered. Black on red and black on orange are perfect complementary colors. I think they would look good with CG, too.

Always the first thing I do
Due to demand, the power dynamic will be different, but I have always asked that the removal of the badges be part of the sales contract for a new vehicle on vehicles where this could actually be done. Then in financing, when they hit me up with the $140 advertising (or whatever garbage fee it is) I tell them that's exactly what I charge to keep the dealer sticker on the car. I'm about 50/50 between dealers removing the dealer sticker or waiving the fee. Then I remove the sticker once I get home.

I wouldn’t want a badge on the side unless it was a chrome bronco or chrome bronco script. I may be in the minority, but I also think all the wranglers driving around with the trim spelled out on the hood look dumb/cheap/etc.
Not a fan of a giant willy on your Jeep? :D

Gotta agree though. All the trail rated, trim nonsense badges is too much. Keep it nice and clean.

I want a 3D Bronco script emblem on each fender. I was never crazy about the Black Diamond logo anyway. Does anyone have the dimensions for the original fender emblems?
I also found some red and yellow reflectors that are a very good match for the side running lights on the old Broncos. Some strong double sided tape and they're on there.

I'm thinking stickers gone, and possibly the bucking bronco on the tailgate too.

I'm going to keep the blue oval (well maybe swap it for black/chrome).

One thing I forgot to look at is how the letters on the front grille are attached.
I'd love to change those out to F O R D like the gen 1 Bronco.

Honestly all the people that I know who have debadged did it to class the car up, not to hide some lower trim level.

I'd much rather get a subtle nod from someone in the know than have people fawning over badges. On my Mazda, for example, you can tell if someone got the "big" 2.5L because they all came with 18" wheels.

The worst I see are Mercedes. Tons of light-up front Tri-stars on $33,000 A-classes. lol. They always drive like d-bags too.
Any update? I love the Chrome Bronco on the tailgate. Gonna replace my stickers with the script Bronco as soon as it comes in.

Bronco is stuck in purgatory, so I haven't put any more effort into getting black badges.

I did order the bronco script to replace the fridge magnets, so I'm excited to put those on when I can.

I think Ford's branding/marketing team had a complete fail when I look at my FE... BRONCO on the grill in white. Chrome Ford oval on the back, and black Bronco emblem on back. 3 different branding IDs is a fail on marketing class 101. I am not changing anything though. The mismatched badges (Badges? We don't need no stinkin' badges) do not detract from the absolute blast that this thing is to drive.

My Base has no badge so it was an easy decision to add the Bronco Depot chrome heritage script badge. It should be here any day and I will add pics after install.
