I assume that badlands with Sasquatch is the same width as the wildtrak.
Is that correct?

badlands has rock crawl mode, and no sport mode, along with front sway bar disconnect
Wildtrak no rock crawl mode, but has sport mode. And no front sway bar disconnect

I get that but is there a difference in vehicle width if the badlands is equipped with the Sasquatch package?

There is no indication anywhere that the Wildtrak's suspension is anything other than the standard Sasquatch package.

But isn’t that just because Wildtrak comes with the Sasquatch package with the wider fenders? I think equipping Sasquatch on the Badlands would make them the same width.
That is the prevailing consensus among those that have been paying attention.

Probably. The spec sheet doesn't list track width for First Edition, which would confirm.
There are 3 'overall' widths, which would suggest 3 fender flares sizes. Base, Badlands (33's), and Sasquatch (35's). There is no increase in track width listed for Badlands.
For cost reasons, it would not surprise me if there were no bespoke parts for the Wildtrak suspension (vs Sasquatch).

I'm going to guess that there is less offset to Sasquatch wheels to accommodate 315 vs 285 width....won't know till final specs are released but most modern factory wheels don't have the inside clearance to mount 315's without rubbing and require less backspace or spacers. This would result in wider front/rear.

Based on the Ford comparison website, there is a suspension difference between the Wildtrak (Squatch) and Badlands (squatch). That is Wildtrak has the "Standard-Duty Suspension" and Badlands has the "Badlands Suspension". Just what that Badlands Suspension is, none of us knows just yet.
