Too Late!!!!Mystery solved! I just got a phone call from my father-in-law. He heard about all the Bronco delays and wanted to cheer me up so he ordered the winch. Good thing I opted for the heavy duty modular bumper. Now if I get just get the Bronco to show up out of the blue like that it would be awesome.
