Obviously need to solder, but taking the Speedometer out and adding different LEDs are the relatively easy part

But how about for the digital speedo? Only thing I hate is white lights, so bland, generic and boring

It's all surface mount pcb components. Very small components on the board. Not feasible without a 1500.00 hakko desolder station and alot of experience. Depending on the backlight technology of the screen the should be done through programming. But nothing outside of the instrument cluster manufacturer will have that capability. Probably not the news you wanted.
Always can apply tint to it, right? Thanks bro
