Have a 2 Door Outer Banks w “Heavy-Duty Modular Front Bumper” reserved for my Daughter?

Question: Does the OB come standard with a “Steel” Rear Bumper?

I do not see “Steel” Rear Bumper as an option on the Build site.

I believe only badlands and black diamond gets steel rear bumper. Perhaps first edition. There is no option to upgrade other models to steel rear bumper, only front.

No. Only the Black Diamond and Badlands trim comes with a steel rear bumper. Every other trim comes with a composite bumper—regardless of whether you order the heavy-duty front bumper or not.

I wish they'd offer the steel rear as a standalone option. It's far more attractive than the standard plastic one.

Makes no sense that you can order something and then not be able to order what you want. "I'd like a hamburger with cheese and all the fix'ns" Reply, "Sorry sir, we only have buns, tomatoes and ketchup. That will be 50k." Response, "Sounds great, can I get a soft top with that instead of the MIC top I really wanted?" Clerk, "No problem sir, we will get you exactly what you don't want, but you will have to wait until 2023."
