It's true that it's a brand new transmission but not a new company. The last, or one of the last, transmissions the company produced for ford was a disaster resulting in class action lawsuit's. This is why I am skeptical but hopefull.

Outside of the MT82, Getrag has a pretty good reputation. That's not to say I'm not a little bit nervous about ordering the 7-speed.
