I saw a 2 door green Badlands yesterday with fresh dealer tags. The thing that shocked me the most was that the MIC roof looked to be the same shade of charcoal grey as the fender flares and other plastic components. It was an overcast day and I just saw the vehicle for about 15s, but the roof looked great.
It has been a huge gripe of mine that the MIC doesn’t match the other plastic components. So you wind up with black, charcoal grey, and light grey components with whatever paint color you pick. In particular it made some of the darker paint colors, like the green color, stand out with the weirdly lighter grey roof. This Bronco looked slick as hell though with the green paint job.
Can anyone confirm whether they finally got the MIC coloring to match the other plastic components in 2023 models?
