Issues logging into Ford Account via iPhone

Is any body having issues trying to log into their Ford account on the Canada site with via phone? This is the screen it takes me to when I enter my username and password. Just wondering if anybody is having the same issues. It’s been doing this for 5 days now.

There have been ongoing issues like this for many months. Sometimes clearing your cache will fix it in my experience. Sometimes you just wait a couple weeks and try again. There's not much useful info to be gained from your account anyway. Some of these other threads may have more info.

I had a few instances where apps did not work. First thing I do is turn off the phone and restart a few minutes later.
If that does not work, i removed the app and then reload the app.
