I put on my XPEL sill guards on this evening. I think they look great. Mine are cut 27" long each. (2 door) I just cut the corners round with scissors. Thanks for the tip John.Someone in another thread recommended this Xpel tape. I installed for door sills, but also to cover the pinch welds.

do you feel like the 2.75 wide tape is enough? my wife is pretty short so i'm worried about the outside lip not being covered. i found some of the 4in wide xpel tape on amazon, but its a 17ft strip. i guess i could use extra on truck if i go that route.I put on my XPEL sill guards on this evening. I could have wrapped them around the sill more I guess. i think they are wide enough. Try these but put them on using the curve as a guide, not the metal crease, as a few here have done.do you feel like the 2.75 wide tape is enough? my wife is pretty short so i'm worried about the outside lip not being covered. i found some of the 4in wide xpel tape on amazon, but its a 17ft strip. i guess i could use extra on truck if i go that route.
