What’s everyone using for a jack solution? I measured today and my frame is 16.5” off the ground which limits most jacks since they only lift to 18-18.25”

A bottle jack under the axle. Don't bother lifting from the bumper or frame. Haven't tried the factory jack, but it looks pretty capable.

At home a 4 ton Pittsburg, it lifts to around 22" iirc. Still debating what I want to get for trail use but the scissor jack has gotten me by.

Front jacking point is indicated by an arrow-shaped mark on the frame. Rear jacking point is on the rear axle tube.

Have a 48” hi-lift for off road. Stock should work for street.

I’m a big believer in a bottle jack for most applications With a decent, but cheap stand and maybe with a small tarp under it all in muddy conditions.

If you don’t have a winch, a Hi-Lift on a stand can lift you out of almost anything besides deep mud and water bogging. When lifting off of an obstacle (Rocks, etc) this jack can be dangerous, so practice and properly knowing how to use is critical for you and your rig.

Storing a Hi-Lift sort of sucks unless you’ve planned on it already and have a solution.

I am buying a winch for when I get stuck off road, this is more for use in my driveway especially adjusting my coil overs. Rotating tires and oil changes ect will be done by the dealership since I have already paid for all of that

So, what is your lifting points to lift a Bronco with a Hi-lift jack? Do you have custom steel bumpers?

Don’t have my Bronco yet, that’s for my old Disco, but you should be able to use a high lift on any 4x4. I imagine that the regular lift points would work for the Bronco, not sure about the rock rails if you even have them. Not sure about the bumper either, but you should be able to reach the frame mounts when doing a recovery.
