Gonna be needing this:State Farm, I'd like to report someone stole my Jeep and rolled it.
But seriously, so much to learn to be safe offroad, glad the driver is okay.
More money than brains, I think is the term. I noticed there was zero rubber on that line he pickedI know this will sound judge-y, but I caught one glimpse of that paint job and immediately knew that jeep was driven by a friggin moron. Dude would be better served by hard parking back in the trailhead parking lot
Yes:Wow, you can tell all that from a paint job.
That caught my eye as well. We call that a yard sale.I like that there wasn't tons shit getting thrown all around. There's usually so much un-secured gear...
Was more the fact that he climbed the hill at an angle rather than straight on. He had the clearance to climb straight on, where the higher CG wouldn’t have been as much of a factor.Do you think the larger tires here did not help? It looks like the Jeep bounced on the larger tire and the high COG helped it flip faster. Sure with a shorter tire, you would scrape more - but at this point, that Jeep will not be scraping anything for a while.
