Sasquatch with 3 inch lift 37 STT PROs on 17x8.5 0mm offset rubs these areas with sway bars connected. I have a need for this.

My kit is scheduled to be delivered Monday.

These people that say 37s fit with a 1" level are on road only or using small 37s.

I was about to cut into those mounts and build my own body mount but this will be much easier. Ordered. BTW Im running 37x12.5r17 Micky Thompson Baja Boss MT's on Sasquatch suspension and barely rub on the front crash bar brace. This will be sweet?

I assume new alignment after adding the steering link fix?
As long as you mark where the jam nut was before taking it off you shouldn’t need a alignment. I plan to do that along with measuring the tie rod length to be double sure, it should go back at the exact length it was.

Steering sleeve looks like a dead-simple upgrade. Nice work!

Had anyone installed the sleeves yet and tested them out?

I installed the sleeves, not a bad product just kind of hard to adjust alignment. I can see an alignment shop giving you a bad time. I used a pair of knipex on the small portion of exposed tie rod to adjust everything. Got an alignment set up for Monday due to lift so I will see if they want more labor.

I doubt I am going to be the one giving the product a workout. I might go play off-road, but nothing that should stress since I have no lockers or skid plates.

I installed the Body mount chop today. And I will say that it was not very hard. and the Results are great and very clean and looks totally OEM. I did not remove the front bumper as I had the fenders off (adding Advanced Fiberglass Fenders). I'm running stock Sasquatch suspension and Sasquatch wheels.

Looks good. I was hoping to install mine on Sunday, but it is going to have to wait until next weekend.

you're going to love them. One suggestion on the front mount is to cut back to front and you will not have anything to grind, just clean up. I have a Badlands Sasquatch with the 2.7 and couldn't put a jack on the body cross member so I waited till I went to reassemble and then lifted the body from the outer part of the front crossmember. You must lift the body or you won't get the top bolt back in. Have fun and post up your results

LOL!!! Thanks, my high package worked great with the 37" KO2s. No lift needed and no rub and I have about an inch of clearance pulling into the garage. Any more lift I'd be screwed...

The only reason i mentioned about the crash bars is my buddy is still doing therapy bcuz he was hit that was and crushed his legs.
If you’re concerned about safety, keep the crash bars and definitely don’t run 37s. A bigger, heavier tire has more of a chance to go into the cab, especially without crash bars. Don’t try to outsmart safety engineers.

It looks like a Mickey Thompson 37x12.50r17 tire ends up with a diameter of 36.38" (depending on which model) Are you saying with a Badlands Sasquatch package, using the 17x8.5" Sasquatch wheels, this JKS clearance kit is all that is required? (i.e. no additional lift kits beyond factory Sasquatch) ?

I'm curious.. what did you do with the original Sasquatch Goodyear Territory 315/70R17 Mud-Terrain (M/T) tires? Were you able to sell those somewhere for a reasonable price?

Edit: I do see a lot of these tires on Ebay, including free shipping... Perhaps your old tires went in that direction?

Many thanks for sharing your info here...

That is exactly what I am saying. bone stock except for the JKS clearance kit with Mickey Thompson 37x12.50r17 which are 36.8" clear great. The only slightly rubbed before the clearance kit.

As far as the stock tires, I sold them to a friend for $1250 for all 5 tires. was a win win as it brought the cost of my 37's down to just over $1000. I had several people lined up for the tires. Ironically I had tried to do a trade in with Discount Tire and they were not interested in them at all. No sweat for me as I went to a local shop and got a great price and helped a local shop. Win Win

Awesome. You are my hero! And I gotta ask. Did you pick up beadlock rings, and install the tires beadlock method?
