Our full line of 2 / 4 Door Bimini Sun Shades are now available.

Our unique sun shades are designed to cover the entire roll cage with no gaps that let in wind and sun. The no gap design eliminates wind intrusion that causes flapping. Tested to 85MPH highway speeds (See attached video clip of highway testing). The front windshield edge features our patented flip open and flip closed arched access strip. The strip provides eazy access to the hardware mounts while keeping them hidden. Neodymium magnets do their magic to keep it securely closed when the hard or soft top are off. Strategically placed zippers and access ports allow full access to all the latches on the hardtop versions. No alterations to the Bronco hardware are necessary on any of our shades.
We take a unique approach when designing our products and use our vast experience building shades for the Jeep community. 8 years and over 40,000 Jeep installations provided us with great data when we started the design process for the Bronco Bimini shade in mid 2021.
We use a combination of UV resistant webbing, neodymium commercial grade N48 magnets, Gore Tenara UV thread (yes thread is critical for longevity, nylon thread does not last) UV resistant military spec quick release / compression 2 stage buckles, 3M VHB hook and loop and Twitchell mesh. All raw materials are manufactured or sourced from the USA except for the magnets.
Tops are available in 9 solid colors, 6 US Flag prints and full custom designs. Prints are done using a EFI VUTEk® GS3250x LED Pro printer for outstanding results. We are also planning additional accessories to compliment our shades in the very near future.
