Do you still have the Bronco on your plans?
Yes. I actually have a vin, but it moved from “scheduled“ on 9/30 back to “ordered” now.

Get a Jeep. My 2019 Wrangler (2DR) Rubicon is sweet. I don't plan to trade my Jeep in for the Bronco. I plan to drive both and whichever is best stays and the other is sold.

My initial first impressions.....Sorry Bronco.
Then again, until I get my Bronco and daily drive it , I cannot make a honest assessment.

Since Ford is struggling to figure out how to build and deliver Bronco's, some may not even have hope a of getting one before 2026.

Well life moves on, what are you looking to purchase instead of a Ford?
I’ll run my F-150 (5.0L) until I finally receive a Bronco vin and it’s delivered. My truck is already paid off and has 130k miles which isn’t much for that motor. Each month that goes by just allows me to save up more money for a bigger down payment. Also gives me time to see what happens with the gas prices, inflation, and the overall supply chain that is plaguing our economy which might make it difficult to consider a new vehicle with the added payment.

Im still waiting for my two door with a blend date of 6/30 and 7/1 build date. There are people making youtube videos that took delivery with build dates in August and September. Don't know how that happens and mine is completely MIA. Beyond frustrating.

Did you try fordperformance chat to know what stage are you really in?

When the Bronco rumors of a 6th gen where confirmed by Ford, I bought shares of Ford. Roughly $5/share....
Now that I've seen it, ridden in it, and driven it (Off-Rodeo), i'm sold on it and sticking it out regardless of how long it takes to get one... I have no plan B.
BTW, Ford stock has tripled since then...trading just over $15/share.

My plan A was Ranger, then I switched to a 4Runner but non of those could give me what I really wanted. Then the Bronco came and it has everything I want.

I'm the kind of person that wait patiently for what I really want no matter what.

This is a good question. When I made my reservation, I figured the Bronco would likely be my last gas offroader. My preference is to run vehicles into the ground and so by the time I hit 150k+ on the bronco, I doubt they would let me buy another gas one.

Now however, I don't know. I might just try to put another 100k on my v8 4runner, and eventually buy a Rivian. I'm not sold on an EV offroad far from charging stations... Not sure though.

I haven't, I was not aware that that was a thing. I'll try it now.

Update: Here is what I received from fordperformance chat.

For your order status, please go to https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking#/. For additional information on your order, please reach out to the Bronco Support Center at (800) 334-4375.

I guess if my dealer screws me with an ADM the day I go to pick it up I will walk across the street to whomever is the competition and buy something off their lot and give the middle finger to the Ford dealer. Crap now I have to look at what’s nearby…(please be a Porsche dealer). My luck it’s one of those sheister used lots

I think the only other vehicle I would consider is the new Tundra. But the supply chain issues with also affect Toyota so I will probable wait it out for my Bronco.

It is difficult to come up with a plan B if your priorities are similar to mine:
1. Manual transmission
2. Good on-asphalt manners
3. Off-road capability
4. Interesting appearance
Just frustrating to see the rollout coincide with such drastic supply bottlenecks/pandemic shortages.

Since this thread was started I have learned that Ford intends on screwing me, and others that ordered at a small local dealer. Before that I had a plan B, and a plan C. I have now chit canned those, and I'm going to keep my Jeep. If Ford ever deems me worthy of a build date I'll decide then if I still want this damn Bronco. The thing is, I just want a Bronco, I certainly don't need one. And, it's beginning to look like Ford doesn't want me to have one. So, there is that......
