First I've seen MY21 build totals referenced (52K units). Don't know whether that implies slower assembly pace, or sooner MY changeover date

Ford could get shafted by chip shortages. They could potentially yank allocation from somewhere else, but the biggest pool would be the F150 and there's no way in hell Ford is going to risk the F150 not taking the sales win after more than 40 years in a row. The image damage is too huge. So, I can see a scenario where what you are saying is true, sadly.

Agreed. That’s a LOT of Broncos just for the first month.... keeping that pace would mean several hundred for the year which with the numbers discussed already doesn’t seem realistic.

Don't get your hopes up about anything. Ford has a tendency to over promise and under produce. History has proven this to be a pattern.

hmmmm....52K soounds about what I had expected.... 35 out of how many allocations? If that number is around 200, that could be possible....
Talked to a contact today. Smaller town Tx dealer with 67 allocation, got their first month allocation as well. 2 First Editions. Looks like bigger markets will be priority first month at least.
