Have been looking at a Jeep for the last year for a trade on my Spider 124. We are a Jeep family, my wife has owned about 9 in total, but for what you get they are ridiculously over priced. Have to upgrade tires and lift it as soon as you walk out of the lot to make it look at least proportional. Put myself on the Ford Bronco email list awhile back and am overjoyed the new Bronco will be coming out next year. Reserved a Black Diamond trim. It will share the space with my 2002 Wrangler TJ.

As a jeep owner, I disagree with being the same for 40yrs. There is a big difference between the TJ/LJ (which ended in 2006) and the JK/JL models. I will say though, wife is getting a Badsquatch 4dr w/ 2.7 and I’m about to pull the trigger on ordering a loaded JT gladiator rubicon w/ the ecodiesel for 5% below invoice.

I agree, I bleed blue but have a TJ because Ford didn't offer anything comparable back then. Like the look of the TJ/LJ but JK/JL not appealing at all.

I spent some time going over the packages, MSRP and options with the trim....and it just doesn’t cut it. I’m in it for the long haul. The dealer actually upgraded me to talk with the regional manager because I knew more than my salesman. ? I’m waiting out for my “Lucy” Bronco. Thank you all for the continued details, information and support. 2D 2.7 Badlands no Saquatch. Antimatter>Velocity.

I’ve had this girl for over 10 years now. 735 rwhp. The WRX has been amazing the last 8 years. It’s saved my tukkus many times on the mountain passes in Colorado during blizzards. I lived in it for a year through the National Parks. Sad to see her go.
