eesh.

25lb max is not much weight.

I don't know if you could even use it to cook a little meal on the go. May have to stick with my plan to mount a microwave in the back and just live off hot pockets while overlanding.

I can color mine and send it to you if you want. I'll even use primary colors to keep it simple.
Use cyan, magenta, and yellow. They will be off just enough to confuse him

Got a call from my dealer to pick up my folding tailgate table. Instructions seem pretty simple. Build quality is very nice. Only a 25lb weight capacity though. Too bad I'll be a Labor Day weekend delivery. If I'm lucky.

I wonder how long it will be before 1) you rip it out because of all the rattling. 2) It breaks and falls apart?

The potential squeaking and rattling were my only concerns with that piece.

Only 25 lbs? You think swapping out some bolts and getting a better cable would help reinforce it? If not I don't think anything heavier than kettle corn could go on it :/

Based on the instructions I'll be drilling (4) 7/16 holes then use 4 screws to mount it. So I'd be interested in seeing how the aftermarket tables work before I start drilling any holes.

Glad I saw this post because I ordered it. 25lb is not impressive and ford doesn't tell you the weight limit in the product description. Aftermarket should have stronger ones.

25lbs is like 3 gallons of water. What are yall planning on putting on this thing?? It aint that big.
better safe than sorry. Aftermarket will have far stronger ones. There are ones for the jeep that hold anywhere from 40lb to 76lb and they are cheaper. Why skimp on something if you don't have to
