@Dusty I thought I would be half the lift and stop at 35s but the trails around me are pushing me bigger. Hope you keep wheeling the open diffs and 35s to prove you don't need to have lockers to have fun.
Fortunately this isn't my heavy duty wheeling rig. We have a '71 that's pretty well built for such duty. And yeah it's been fun testing the Base non-Squatch on all the trails just to prove it can be done. But eventually I'm going to want something with a heater, windows AND some lockers LOL.

Love the look, I’d be concerned with the doors getting pelted even worse than stock. At least to me it looks that way. Wish they’d incorporate a fix into the fenders somehow.
I suppose you could rig up a mud flap of some kind. But I'm glad they didn't mold something like that into the fender. I hate mud flaps and running boards, and just accept the fact that the occasional rock chip is just part of the game.

Love your build man! I plan on doing this with a 2dr badlands to make it a baja and overland machine. I wonder if there 8in flares will have the option for carbon fiber for the extra 3in they add on to the 5in flares?
Let them know that's what you want. They're here on the forum. I would guess they *can* do it but I have no clue if they intend to.

I have ICON EXP shocks set at 2" of lift in the front and 1.25" lift in the rear.
This is all your fault, first I changed to white after seeing pics of yours and now I am going to have to spend more money on those fenders. Those look incredible.

You are a real bad influence 😁

AWESOME looking!!! Couple of questions, did they have to do any sanding/ finishing on them? How much did they charge for the install? I have their fenders on my Raptor, and have a hood coming for my Bronco.

Yeah, there's that. But like I said, they claim that the M190 can handle as much torque as the pre-Advantek D44, and the FDU housing isn't supporting the weight of the vehicle the way a straight axle housing does. So if it was readily re-gearable I'd probably do that as an interim measure, and run 37's on it.

Very true. There is some engineering in there just for the aluminum housing .........

......... and as you said, not carrying the weight, plus you are an experienced off roader you are much easier on stuff, It could hold up for quite a while.

If I was upgrading from the M190 I would just hold out until I could get my hands on the Ultimate D44 AdvanTEK FDU, stronger than the D44 AdvanTEK FDU, or more commonly known as M210 cast iron front differential. Should be good all the way through 40's then, if needed.

I doubt they did any body work on the pieces other than trimming the edges after pulling them out of the molds. It's typical to have to do some body work and massaging on fiberglass parts before painting them. ADV didn't do that for me, nor did I expect it. That will be up to my body shop to do. ADV was just making sure everything fit correctly as these are a first article. And since this was part of their own new product verification process they did not charge me to install them. I don't know if they offer installations but you can ask them yourself as they are on this forum.
