Missed opportunity? More like missing a bullet.Yeah. With at least most of the major cities/suburbs of, locked down, Ford missing a huge opportunity to have upwards of superbowl
type viewage right now.
I'm just talking about the re-veal.........Missed opportunity? More like missing a bullet.
You're saying a company should launch a new vehicle at a time when a huge portion of the US population is out of work, unemployed, and/or struggling to make ends meet while our (horrific) healthcare system (because it's operated by greed and business interests) struggles to fight a pandemic and our own healthcare workers are dying at an alarming rate while trying to save lives? Are you kidding, or just lost a sense of perspective?
If a company - any company - does a product launch about a new vehicle that even less people can afford, while they should be (and currently are) using their machinery to help fight the pandemic, the wave of public backlash would be catastrophic.
It's best for any company at any level to lay low in terms of "new product announcements" and instead focus on the most important issue at hand: health. It takes precedence over material goods.
Material goods, especially luxury items such as a vehicle (yes, vehicles at any level are a luxury. 1st world problems) are not what is in focus right now.
drama much ā¦..people are going flibbertigibbet right now with NOTHING but this covid 19 in A-L-L the news.....IMHO, they could use some diversion,Missed opportunity? More like missing a bullet.

I'm ready to join the protests to reopen the Garbage State at this point, so please Ford, throw me a bone so my ADHD Can override my desire to fight the powerdrama much ā¦..people are going flibbertigibbet right now with NOTHING but this covid 19 in A-L-L the news.....IMHO, they could use some diversion,
anything to keep their minds off something so fucking depressing. As bad as it is right now it's quite normal to want to discuss other "stuff" and keep oneself amused and busy with life itself.....WTF is wrong about doing that ? ?
Diversionary Bronco please...ā¦

Compass not Cherokee but 1000% agree. Sick of the renegade comparisonsI'm gonna push the Bronco Sport/ Cherokee (not Renegade) comparison until the day I die or at least until the day I have sufficient information to change my mind.
I think a reveal woild be fine with the right message, including a bunch of press on how thay are making ventilators and ppe. Just dangle a reward out there for the future when we get through all this. Show us a glimpse of a future with a sweet bronco so we can muster a little more will to beat this pandemic. You want a bronco that can go anywhere and do everything? Well first make everyone healthy and safe then you can go play with your toys. Be a little more subleminal with making the american public look like children and they will eat it up.Missed opportunity? More like missing a bullet.

I was all set to thumbs up you until the ādisclosureā - take away the fun somehowImpossible. Ford is clueless and doesn't know what they're doing. Bronco will FAILLLLLLLL.
[/sarcasm] (for those it wasn't obvious to)
Iād much rather see comments like the OPās closed - which appear to me to just be Brand boosterism - than closing threads that link to Scottyās video critiquing Fordās 2.3l (which Iām likely getting in my Bronco). Intelligent discussion - even it that means debunking myths (or not) should always be welcomed.Close this
