Installed mine today. First off, there were no screw holes punched through on one of the front flares. I just drilled them out. Easy fix, but slightly annoying. The most trouble I had was peeling off the back of the double sided tape without pulling at the corners that make contact with body. It’s slightly disconnected from the body on a few spots as a result. Also, making sure the door caps are lined up was not fun. I was over confident after getting the driver side right and the passenger side doesn’t look great.

I will likely take it somewhere to see if they can do a better job.

Looks good! Man, pulling the backing off that two sided tape tested every ounce of patience within me :ROFLMAO:

Did some off-roading this weekend and as you can see, these provide optimal protection 🤣

Tailgate looks pretty clean so I'd say they did their job! 🤪

Has anybody tried to remove them to re-install again with a better adhesive? Wondering if you're able to just pull them off without damaging anything.

If you go back and read my post, I was able to pull them off no issues or residue left behind. I need i wait until warm weather to reinstall, as my warm weather window closed on the very day I attempted install.

Well here are the day time photos. There’s a couple spots where it lifting where I may add a stronger tape but other than that they look great.

Are those KM3s 37s? Just curious as that is what I'm running and was curious about the gap from the tire to flares.

You could always use a hairdryer/heat gun to help lift them off.

Yeah they are. My gap will be slightly different though with moving the rear lower coilover bolt hole location.

This thread cracks me up. We all want these flares to be The Answer. But, down to a person, they fail.
They don't fail completely. No one here is saying they're perfect, but being they can apparently come off without damage or residue, I'm willing to try them. They look good in my opinion.

For those who have bought them, especially those who have gone off road, how are you dealing with rock chips-- or you guys just not worrying about it?

I haven’t noticed any real difference vs Squatch flares but if you get in mud be ready for a mess.

Mine came in this week! Excited to install them because I have not been a fan of the round flares since the get-go!
