The concept was the ability to tackle So. Cal. trails, Hell's Revenge, Baja Raptor Runs, etc. while also enjoying some luxury glamping. Once complete, we weighed it and confirmed we'd added ~1,500 pounds. Most of it low w/ skid plates, Dana upgrades, etc. but the rear was drooping. The final solution was upgraded Eibach springs and tuning the Fox DSC suspension (which is still on-going).

Itā€™s been a 13-month journey and Iā€™m deeply indebted to the Bronco community for sharing knowledge and expertise. Tech Support at Fox, Eibach and Dana were amazing as were the teams at All-Terrain Garage, BroncBuster and American Adventure Lab.

Happy to share any insights.

That's some serious overlanding going on. Beautiful build. The storage system is on point.

Kind words! I'm in Manhattan Beach. Will be at United by Bronco all 3 days.

I'm out there at least once a month, I have a good friend who lives near that weird house off of John St. I'll keep an eye out for you. I'm a "maybe" for UBB depends on a lot of things right now.

Beyond looking phenomenal (that eruption green in stealth with the gold!!! WOW!) but I am a structural guy and you hit every frickn nail with one swing! That is Ultimate! really nice build.
I am looking at spring rates and those differentials! NICE! I am not an overlander... but if I was, this is what I would be targeting.

Full credit to Tech Support at Fox Racing. They did the calcs and these are Eibach 16" x 3.75" x 500lb in front and 16" x 3.75" x 300lb in rear. Looking forward to rock-crawling it at UBB.

I'd love to see the Hell's Revenge pics. Have you considered going to a larger tire? what gearing are you running? I didn't see it sorry if you already posted it.

These are 37" Nitto Trail Grapplers which is all pretty much all I need for now at least and things get super heavy past that. We re-geared to 4.88. Warning to those upgrading front axle to Dana 44 Ultimate. That comes in a variety of gearings but choose wisely. The rear Dana 60 has fewer choices and jumps from 4.88 to 5.38!

To paraphrase Top Gun: ā€œUltimate? Thatā€™s pretty arrogant given the company youā€™re in.ā€

The concept was the ability to safely tackle So. Cal. trails, Baja Raptor Runs, Hellā€™s Revenge, etc. while also enjoying luxury glamping with a RedArc/Dakota powered AAL kitchen w/ induction cooktop, fridge, etc.

We purposely didnā€™t want to go too wide. If we did, weā€™d have gone with a Raptor, APG ProRunner or at least been on portals. All options were carefully considered and this is what we ended-up with.

Itā€™s been a 13-month journey and Iā€™m deeply indebted to a multitude of people within the Bronco community who graciously shared their knowledge and expertise. Tech Support at Fox, Eibach and Dana were amazing as were the teams at Essence Motorsports, All-Terrain Garage, BroncBuster and American Adventure Lab.

We got it race weighed and found we added ~1,500 pounds from stock (37", Dana 60, full steel skid plates, etc.). Consequently, the final solution was heavily dependent on Eibach coil-over upgrades and tuning of the Fox DSC suspension (which is still on-going).
