I just had one installed. I noticed that it seems like some frequencies it doesn’t play and some it does. I adjusted the crossover but it didn’t help. It’s like it will play a 60hz sound and then play a 65hz sound but it wouldn’t come out of the sub if that makes sense.

Also what sendings are y’all using for the hideaway? I have it on Hi input level, 0 phase, Gain 80%, bass boost 50%, and the remote at 75%.
I actually sounds like it has more bass when I switch it on low level even though it is connected through the kickpanel and not RCA.

The directions also say when setting up puT EQ flat. Can I change it back now??

Do you know which speakers were tapped into for the input? You definitely have to use the front kick panels. The rears have bass blockers/frequency blockers so the sub will not sound right. I originally used the rears for input and knew there was something wrong. I switched to the fronts for input and it was a night and day difference.
