I'll be there, and I'll be doing tech on the Broncos. Seriously doubt I'll have my Bronco by then, so I'll have the Jeep. Happen to be in Johnson Valley right now as I write this with the rock buggy. I'll definitely be keeping my eye out for Broncos at KOH.

It's possible. Problem is potential wind. If wind comes up it can be pretty strong and can/will blow down the tent. OK if you can tie the tent to your vehicle, use vehicle as a shield, but not ok if you're off in your vehicle and the wind is blowing hard. Might not have wind, but you never know. BTW, there are tents all over Hammertown, but full framed tents and VERY securely tied down. Better to rent a small trailer. There are small trailers that can be rented like an AirBnB.

I feel like there is something about this grille. Every time I see any Broncos for racing, they all seem to have this style. Has anyone else noticed this or is it just a coincidence on my end?

If anyone plans to bring their Bronco to King of the Hammers in February, Let me know, we can build a makeshift 6 Gen Bronco section for owners. Requirements include, Drinking Beer, and eating food cooked over the fire.

This will be my first visit out there too. Ill be camping with a 2 person tent and moving my way around the lakebed for the 6 days i am out there.

Hoping I can finally make it this year, it’s been on my bucket list the last few years. Naturally I’ll be driving the Bronco. I plan to tent camp and hadn’t thought about the wind. I would likely roll in on Thursday around noon. We should Definitely put together a Bronco heard. I’m all about beer, open fire food and bombing around the valley. Would be nice to get some pointers or hang with people who have been before.
