Has anyone else had issues where the door jam is missing paint?
The drivers and passengers front fender area is not painted.
Tesla says it's normal.

I drove to the Lagrange GA dealer with the 2 door outer banks mentioned in another thread. I looked at the roof for 10 minutes. I found a scratch, a pinhole of missing color and several areas that looked like the material was short shot in the mold or stuck to the mold. The roof fit was good. Maybe the “bad roofs” leak like a sieve or whistle Dixie at 55 mph but what I saw could be corrected easily.

BTW the 2 door Sasquatch is night and day to a 4 door non Sasquatch. The 2 door is a real bronco.

Ford qc needs to be on their A game. My guess is they won’t be up to the task

Those roofs are my biggest concerns, especially knowing the challenges they’re already having. Ugh…

Although this may not currently be a known issue, it could become one. Check the lug nut torque on each wheel prior to driving off the dealer lot and perhaps again after 100miles as recommended in the Bronco Owner’s Manual on page 392 (Page 396 in the pdf file). Set your torque wrench to 100lb.ft. (135Nm) then have a great and safe drive home.

Have had my BB A51 4D 2.7 for a week now and still love it. But there is one problem that is annoying the snot out of me...
My side view mirrors ‘whistle’ at speeds greater than 50mph. The faster the louder the whistle. If I collapse the mirror or simply put my hand on the outer lower corner it goes away. The issue is where the plastic halves of the mirror housing come together. I’ve put a piece of electrical tape on it and that makes it go away also but that’s clearly not a long term fix. Will have the dealer check it out.
Anyone else having this issue?

I have noticed condensation in the rear under floor storage. I have tried leaving it open and empty for a day to dry out. It appeared to dry out but then the next day I checked it and it was wet again. Has anyone else noticed this as well?

My concern is that it is going to get mildew or something over time.

Here is picture I took after opening it this afternoon to check.

My passenger side grab handle on the center console is also loose. I tried tightening the bolt but it doesn't thread far enough to stop the handle from having movement. Waiting for more issues to pop up before I take it in for this.

My BB soft top has struggles locking in place when I put the top all the way back. The soft top frame is supposed to “lock“ in this position but I needed to really work it to get the latch to seat properly and lock. Driver side works fine.

Ford doesn't warranty glass and mirror, mirror casing , mirror motor is considered glass. How do I know ? I have a 2020 Raptor . Paid 80k for it. Mirror motor stopped working 2 weeks after I got it. Ford won't fix it .Period. dealer gave me a free mirror because of how much I spent with them .
