I've been trying to get a clear answer to this question as well and it doesn't seem to exist. I'm guessing 35's(or 315's) will fit a non Sas Badlands but not with the regular badlands wheels. You'll need the wider wheel with the correct offset to bump out the wheel and tire to prevent rubbing. Then there is a front crash bar you may need to unbolt to make room, but that is still unclear. Good thing is it looks simple to do.
Well said.

I understand the concept of beadlock wheels but don’t both the inner and outer beads need to be locked to be considered true beadlocks? Also, where will the parts come from to make the factory wheels beadlocks?

From the build on the Ford.ca site but should be the same as .com...Beadlock capable.

After much thought, I ordered my BL today with stock 33's. Look is great, articulation is best with that combination, about 30lbs less on each corner, an extra 30-35 miles off road and of course a little more agile and sporty with the 2.7L. Tough choice for sure! Ground clearance difference will likely be 10.8-10.9" vs 11.6"

I understand that factory ring needs to be removed and a beadlock ring installed? If that is correct, where does that part come from? Thanks.

I’m going BL with a 2” Ford lift and I’m putting 37” Nitto Trail Grapplers on it. I’m upgrading from a lifted FJ Cruiser on 33s. I’m not wasting money on smaller tires this time - and like someone else said, I saw a Gladiator on 37s and ... awesome!
