everyone is stacking up the WT against the Rubicon but I haven’t seen many entry level trim comparisons. I think the Willys is about as close as you can get to a Basesquatch and in the US the Jeep is saving you about $6k. It’ll be interesting to see how Ford develops options and packages for the bottom end trims down the road.
I think a no option rubicon is actually closer to the basequatch, the base bronco has a good bit of tech by itself, and then front and rear lockers with an upgraded stronger front axle, the only way I can see to get these options to keep is the rubicon. (Though the basequatch is missing out on the sway bar disconnect the rubicon has)
