Leaky Raptor Roof Help

Raptor was sitting outside during rain (not that heavy). When I got in, I noticed water dripping from inside the cab.

At first I thought it could have come from the outside and trickled down, but I quickly discovered the water was trickling out from inside the plastic panel.

I am afraid this has been going on for quite some time, as my Raptor has an odor that smells like trapped moisture.

1) What can be done to fix the leak
2) How do I get rid of the trapped moisture smell

mine was leaking in a similar way. believe there is a fix. My ford dealer fixed it and never came back. Not sure about the smell. Good luck

Bummer and yet interesting. My Raptor leaked from the exact same spot except on the passenger side but only after being exposed to a few rains after brand new. A dealer tried hard to find/replicate but couldn't and mine has not leaked from that spot again.

Your must be under warranty. Get it in to a dealer (for the leak and smell). In the mean time remove and replace all of your roof panels and insure proper refit.

Take to dealer as mentioned, thats a given. That leak and smell they will need to fix, bit more than an ozone treatment will do. For the leak ive seen replacement tops fix the leak. Unsure if its a bad batch of seals or tops that came out, but weve seen a few bRaptors with this issue.

Update: The leak is covered under warranty by Ford. They released a TSB to resolve the issue.
The Ford store performed the TSB items today during the 5K mile service. Just passed 20,000 Miles

Seems like many Warthog owners have been affected by this.
