How did you get the little axles that high? Or low in the next phase?

Drilled the rivets to split the body away from the chassis, and swapped a set of wheels from Matchbox Ford work truck for “1st phase”. Split it apart again and notched the plastic “interior” piece to drop it down on the axles for “2nd phase”.

I still need to find one to customize but no rush. I may steal the tires and wheels from this. I may need to paint the wheels a different color. May paint the body OW too.
