Levine Confirms Cactus Gray Color Change on Build and Price

Maybe this is a trick, like the short-lived Internet sensation regarding the color of a dress. You saw what you wanted. I like the new, updated color a lot better than the original, but I don't know what I'm seeing anymore.

The new color doesn't look accurate either. I saw a couple Cactus grey Rangers at the weekend and they didn't look like the new B&P grey. From my perspective, turning down the color saturation of the old color would be more accurate. Photo is next to an Oxford white Ranger for reference

Forget what it looks like on your monitor, in person it looks like gray primer with clear coat on top.

So it is not actually that Green, but is more Gray. Pretty big difference there!
Real life photos confirm this, but I wonder how many people have ordered the color thinking it is a shade of Green?

And this took how long? I mean, 30 minutes in a graphics program and resaving your files is all this took.

The color is closer but a little dark like A51 on the B&P. Now, maybe Ford can go back and wash those Broncos and get rid of the "fake" mud. If you look at the CG in this picture in the shade and look closely at the reflection in the doors you can see another CG in the sun. Looks like 2 different colors.

LOL, that new cactus gray isn't even close to accurate to the actual cactus grey. In fact none of the colors in the build and price are anything close to accurate representations of the actual colors. It's weird that they would attempt to "fix" one of the colors when none of them are accurate.

I would think that would be an important consideration whilst customer ordering a special vehicle, but maybe I am wrong.

Great that he confirmed what folks can walk onto a Ford dealership lot and see on a Ranger or Bronco Sport TODAY. This is not news other than they finally updated B&P to reflect reality.
