Lic Plate Light - aftermarket upgrade?

I swear awhile back I saw an "upgraded" aftermarket option for the dull license plate light. I noticed over the weekend mine quit. I cant seem to find anything now other than oem. Am I imagining things or missing something?

I want it at least bright enough they dont use it as an excuse to pull me over. Ive been stopped for tag light a couple times over the years. Ive had friends get stopped as well... Reading the plate at night is the point. No different than daytime.

With my rear bumper I decided to move the tag to the spare. I did not install a light and have never been pulled over for not having a tag light.
