Lifts for non-SAS? Looking for links and before and after photos

Looking for part numbers for 2" or 3" but I'm sure others will want more. I found the Rough Country 2" but I'd also like to read up on a 3" etc. I believe the linked RC 2" is just a body lift. I would prefer to do a 3" suspension possibly with new shocks. What have you found? Share your before and after shots. Thanks!

Fox, King and Fun Haver all have coilover suspension lifts in the works as well. Probably will see many more options after SEMA in early November.

Good place to start researching.
