Lets start with the nice stuff. Blue is a great color. I'm glad you got a Bronco and I hope you enjoy it. Cool shop. Looks like by shop you mean barn or something but still super cool. I also like your older bronco.

Now lets talk turkey...

Sure hope you don't hit a bump. Hey, 37s, who cares. It's about the size, not the way it works (or in this case won't work.) Even used pucks to get the space, so the ride gets exponentially worse but BIGGER TIRES BOYS!!!

Lot of very pretty, not even remotely functionally useful builds on here. I am glad you like your mall crawler but WOWZA. I'm really thinking this forum needs a "hardcore tech" or something. I want to see functional builds, not just "look guys I can fit a 37, shoehorn it into a wheel well, lose mpg but look cool as hell if I don't hit a bump and rip off that weird carpet trim they put in there."
A bit over board on the comments including the back handed compliment on his "shop/barn/something"...

There's limited options on lifts and suspension. I see nothing wrong with the interim solution until the aftermarket catches up. May not be able to run the Rubicon, but he'll figure out what he can or can't do...

Beautiful rig. Love your 73 as well. Looks killer and perfect placeholder until those Fox coils come in. Ordering Kings myself, looking to go similar route until they arrive just not sure which lift to go with yet. Enjoy your ride!

Great looking build, 37's look awesome but sounds like there are some minor fitment issues to sort

Did you aim your Baja fogs at all or just try to get them level? I feel like mine still point too high up into the regular headlight beam pattern

I think with less offset I wouldn't have any fitment issues. The -12mm offset puts the tire out pretty far and that's what is causing my issue with the factory rock slider.

I've been playing with my fogs and ditch lights constantly. The lower ones are a driving pattern, then a spot pattern and the yellow is a mix spot/driving. I started with the Bronco facing the garage and aimed them all in a general "Fog light" pattern centered with the headlight but lower. For the driving light that got me in a good spot. For the spot, I felt it was too low and have been bringing them up higher to where I think they are most effective. For the yellow combo lenses, I actually order a driving pattern lens and I'm waiting for that to show up before I try and aim those right.

I didn't want to be "That Guy" running around with the stock spare and 37"s so I waited to mount them up until I got my spare relocator, tailgate reinforcement plate and third brake light relocation bracket. Finally got them all mounted up today.

Going to have to cut down the factory rock rail as it rubs on the rail when backing up/turning. And i'm sure it's going to rub off road.

Eventually when the world goes back to normal, I will throw some Fox coilovers on it to bring it up another inch maybe inch and half. But I'm happy with the low and wide stance.

Looks amazing! Whats the negative offset of those wheels? And is there is any rubbing at full turn lock?

I have 17x9 -12mm Method wheels and 35x12.50 Nitto Trail Grapplers waiting for my Squached Badlands with 1in Rough Country level kit. And I hope I don't have too much poke and rubbing when wheeling through the ruts.

Your Methods are the same specs as these. 17x9 with -12mm offset. With 35"s you're going to be just fine. I can get a pic of how far they stick out. It's not bad, it looks right with the stance of the Bronco and the Sasquatch flares.

Hey GloNDark, first off, bad ass Bronco (both of them)!! Who installed your 1” Zone level? Neither 4WP or local Ford dealer was willing to install it and put 37s.

so I ended up putting 35” Ridge Grapplers on 17x8.5 +18 wheels a couple days ago. After install pretty confident 37s would have fit with the 1” level, even with some decent articulation, though I bought my rig for some dirt trails, mud at the deer lease, and some sand on the Texas coast. B/C I know I won’t do serious rock crawling, I think I might move up to 37s and try to install that 1” spacer kit myself.

congrats again on getting your 1st Edition!

Beautiful FE. I think the 37s are maybe too much. YMMV.

Thanks man, your Bronco looks great!

I did the Zone kit myself. It's not overly hard but I have a pretty well supplied shop (Or barn according to internet jackasses haha)

Hardest part was knocking the studs out of the bottom of the Bilsteins to replace them with bolts. Other than that it was simple. Took me about 3 hours. I tape measure aligned it and drove it down for a real alignment afterwards.

[Great looking rig, and I really like where you are going with your build.
Tell us about what you think about the noise difference after changing to the Nittos.]

Thanks for the info on installing the Zone level. Luckily I have a friend good at this stuff that can be convinced with a 12 pack! 😀
Thanks again
