Hey GloNDark, first off, bad ass Bronco (both of them)!! Who installed your 1” Zone level? Neither 4WP or local Ford dealer was willing to install it and put 37s.

so I ended up putting 35” Ridge Grapplers on 17x8.5 +18 wheels a couple days ago.After install pretty confident 37s would have fit with the 1” level, even with some decent articulation, though I bought my rig for some dirt trails, mud at the deer lease, and some sand on the Texas coast. B/C I know I won’t do serious rock crawling, I think I might move up to 37s and try to install that 1” spacer kit myself.

MJ21, these are the KMC “Summit” 17x8.5 +18 offset. Comes in a 0 offset too, but was concerned would stick put too much. Link below has them at $241/wheel but Discount Tire priced them at $220/wheel.

since I bought the tires there too, no charge for install, etc… I did the “Satin Black w/ Grey Tint” but in person the Grey is very dark and honestly almost look all satin black, which I actually prefer. Have had them less then a week and received a TON of compliments already, so def recommend. Thanks

I didn't want to be "That Guy" running around with the stock spare and 37"s so I waited to mount them up until I got my spare relocator, tailgate reinforcement plate and third brake light relocation bracket. Finally got them all mounted up today.

Going to have to cut down the factory rock rail as it rubs on the rail when backing up/turning. And i'm sure it's going to rub off road.

Eventually when the world goes back to normal, I will throw some Fox coilovers on it to bring it up another inch maybe inch and half. But I'm happy with the low and wide stance.

I personally think that 37"s fit the Bronco wheel well shape perfectly. Sure i'm using the 2 piece Zone leveling kit but unless you're a Sema builder, Fox, King and hell even the cheapo 4 wheel parts coil over that show in stock really aren't.

When my Fox coilovers show up some time after March, it will go up maybe an 1" at most in height. I like my rigs low slung with bigger tires. You obviously don't ;)

This rig will see more dirt and rocks that 90% of the Broncos out there but will still be streetable everyday if I want to.

Your truck looks good. I dont disagree with the guys post about a forum for builds designed to be very functional offroad, but I won’t be a D-bag about it lol. I should have my Fox coil overs here soon and I’ll post how the setup runs with 37” Nitto Trail Grapplers on 0” offset wheels on our FE Sasquatch.

I think with Fox Coilovers you are going to zero issues clearing anything. I can't wait till mine get here but i'm not holding my breath on it. We were out running fire roads all weekend and had a blast. The 37"s definitely made the ride better offroad, even not aired down. Once I get my compressor installed, it should be even better.

Well done, looks awesome! Great to see the -12 offset on Sasquatch, I'm back and forth on 0 vs -12 with Methods, so its very helpful to see what the -12 looks like. My "someday" build is a BL/Sas/2D and I'm thinking of 37s also...question, did you consider the Zone 3" Sasquatch kit? It's a 3 piece setup - spacers, perch collars, and UCAs. Do you think the extra lift even with -12 offset would solve the rock rail clearance issue? Thinking that one would be fine for my "mostly mall crawl / seldom off road" use case, doubt I would need or want to swap out the factory coil overs. Just curious, thanks! BTW, nice shop!! : )

I did consider the zone 3” lift. But I already have Camburg arms and Fox coils on order. I may order the RPG spacers. But I’m on the fence over it.

I think with less offset I wouldn't have any fitment issues. The -12mm offset puts the tire out pretty far and that's what is causing my issue with the factory rock slider.

As a point of comparison: I have a Black Diamond no Sasquatch and I attempted to put in some 17x9 -6 offset Method rims (vs your 17x9 and -12 offset) with some 37x12.50R17LT Renegade tires. I did the 2" Rough Country spacers so I think ride height is pretty similar to your Sasquatch + 1" level (the Sasquatch coilovers are 1.1" higher than the base suspension according to this thread).

The good news: Before backing out of the garage I thought for sure the rock slider would rub, but it doesn't. The bad news is that at full turn the tire rubs on the socket where the crash bar unbolts from (so when turning left the rear crash bar on the left side rubs). Do you experience any of that? It seems like less offset trades rubbing on one side for rubbing on the other.

I stacked the 37's in the garage while I try to figure out how to proceed. I've never lifted a car before so I don't know if I should just deal with some rub, grind off about half of that slot for the crash bar, switch to a lift kit with 3" or 3.5" in the front (and change the UCAs), buy some 6mm spacers to match your offset, or go find some different wheels.

The other builds I've found that put 37's in with 2" lift on the base suspension and claim no rubbing I've found to have 17x8.5 and 0 offset, which is the same amount of backspace as 17x9 and -6 offset, but I guess changes something else about tire fitment.

I haven't noticed any rubbing on the crash bar pockets with normal driving. I did hear some rubbing while flexed up in the front on the passenger side with the wheel cranked almost all the way to the drivers side. I suspect it's the body mount. There is a thread some place where a guy removed part of it and welded it together without that gusset. I'm going to watch it and see if it needs to be done.

I did breakdown and modify the factory rock sliders though. I removed them, pulled the plastic cap and then cut 1.5" out of the bar and put the cap back on. Took me about an hour to do and turned out pretty decent. Now that I know I don't rub on those anymore i'm going to paint the raw edges.
