Was gem green or magma red really to much to ask for? I mean the pastel colors should have been here, but these are both dark and Ford likes dark colors.
Wish there were more options, but I am curious to see what jet fighter gray and area 51 look like. Normally not a fan of grey scale but those look to have at least some extra character added in.
I'm thinking (hoping) Bestop is going to offer some kinda "Sunrider for Hardtop" product, like what they make for Jeeps. Since I'm planning on a black top, I'm looking at "interesting" mayhaps retro colors for some contrast. I was hoping to see a light blue and a mint or olive green.
These are just an okay start for me, but is that many grays really what the market wants?
The example color chips are surprisingly inaccurate representations; You have to look up the equivalent colors on existing production cars to see what they really look like.
I'm glad to hear that because it would've been disappointing if this limited (and rather bland) palette was all there is. I would expect an enthusiast-oriented vehicle like this would have a nice array of color options. I had been hoping for something akin to Ford Performance Blue or Highland Green with a white top!
